Piano I

This is a course where students can come in having never touched a piano before, and they will learn the skills and technique required to play the instrument as well as reading and understanding sheet music. This course covers specific skills and techniques that will be used in the class each day and covers music from all genres as well. The aim of the course if for students to come in and learn the skills used throughout many examples of music so students are not only successful in class, but can feel confident enough to become successful at using those skills once they are not taking the course anymore.
