Through the centuries, music has been recognized as an intricate part of society and human development. Music education supports language, math, and critical thought while promoting student achievement, engagement, teamwork, and discipline. These positive effects of music education are only the tip of the iceberg. Current research supports what we in music have already experienced; the Arts are the application of all knowledge enriching both body and soul.
